- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I like Exchange and I like banking at a local bank...in particular I like their drive thru services...the "folks" in the bank have always been helpful and courteous and now know me pretty well. What I don't like is their online services and weird charges for depositing checks via phone app...as a small business person I would like to make deposits digitally from my office but $.50 a check?...come on now... or charges for giving you check images with your statement (recent)...it is irritating and so behind the technology times...they need an upgrade to more fluid technology rather then using a third party to run their online services and remove the irritating charges....I will still stay with them for now but as soon as Summit or another local bank upgrades...I will be movingBy Patricia Britton, February 09, 2017
